Job summary

Talnt is seeking an Audit & Assurance Senior to take ownership of engagements from planning through completion, working directly with clients and firm leadership.

You will coach junior staff, apply GAAP and GAAS as needed, manage budgets and deadlines, and aim for Manager-level progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting audit or assurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing workpapers, financial statements, and engagement deliverables.
• Confidence working directly with client management.
• Ability to balance multiple engagements while guiding junior team members.
• CPA track strongly preferred; CPA, CIA, or similar certification is a plus.
