Talnt is seeking an Audit Manager with strong GAAP and public accounting background to handle complex financial reporting for sophisticated clients in real estate, partnerships, and trusts. You will own engagements, work directly with partners, and have significant autonomy within a supportive, long-tenured team.

The role offers remote flexibility with optional hybrid work, day-one benefits, and a strong compensation package including a base of $150K–$180K plus semi-annual bonuses.

Qualificações

• Public accounting experience with GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience handling complex real estate partnerships and trusts.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proven track record of delivering review-ready financials.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements with footnotes.
• Handle real estate partnerships, multi-tier entities, trusts and private foundations.
• Prepare personal financial statements for high-net-worth individuals.
• Perform private foundation audits and complex reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues and resolve them.
• Manage engagements from start to final reporting with clients and partners.
