• Experience with real estate, partnerships, HNW clients, personal financial statements, private foundations, or closely held businesses
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and income tax basis accounting

REMOTE Senior Audit and Accounting Manager

Fully Remote | Anywhere in the U.S. (West Coast Preferred)

$150,000 - $180,000 Base + Bonus (twice a year) + Partnership Track

I’m partnering with a sophisticated accounting, tax, and advisory practice that is looking to add an experienced Senior Audit & Accounting Manager to its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a Local, Regional, or National CPA firm who enjoys being hands-on with complex accounting and financial statement engagements but wants greater flexibility, long-term stability, and a genuine path for career advancement.

The practice specializes in working with family offices, high-net-worth individuals and families, real estate and partnership structures, closely held businesses, trusts, and private foundations.

Ideal background:

• CPA or CPA candidate with strong relevant experience
• 5–7+ years of public accounting experience
• 3–5+ years of hands-on audit, review, and compilation experience
• Strong financial statement preparation experience, including footnotes
• Experience with real estate, partnerships, HNW clients, personal financial statements, private foundations, or closely held businesses
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and income tax basis accounting
• Someone who genuinely enjoys hands-on accounting work and solving complex problems
