You'll plan and perform audits, mentor junior staff, interact with clients, and participate in engagement budgets. A flexible hybrid schedule supports work-life balance and travel to client locations.

Formación

• 4+ years of accounting or auditing experience, with public accounting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license or successful completion of CPA exam.
• Experience mentoring junior accounting staff is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and perform financial statement audits, reviews, and other assurance engagements.
• Conduct risk assessments, test internal controls, and perform substantive procedures.
• Prepare and review audit workpapers and analyze account balances.
• Develop findings and recommendations aligned with professional standards.
• Coordinate timelines, manage client information requests, and help maintain budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact, fostering responsive service.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with managers and partners.
• Contribute to audit methodologies and uphold quality standards.
