Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Engineer to design and coordinate AV systems across multiple markets. You will translate project requirements into coordinated drawings, specifications, and cost opinions while engaging with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes production in Revit, site surveys, and ensuring deliverables meet schedule and budget. A bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience is required, CTS credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Consults with clients to analyze current technologies and develop solutions for operational needs.
• Produces and maintains coordinated audiovisual design documentation in Revit throughout all project phases.
• Independently completes defined design assignments and coordinates routine technical issues with senior guidance.

Responsibilities

• Designs audiovisual systems for building projects including dvLED, AVoIP, broadcast, paging, and control systems.
• Performs site surveys, inspections, and installations verification; manages own deliverables.
• Supports client communications and coordination with agencies and organizations.
