Job summary

Conti LLC's Audio Visual Division in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Project Manager to oversee complex AV projects across South Florida. You will serve as the primary liaison among clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to deliver high-quality, on-time, within-budget projects.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, technical AV knowledge, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across all delivery

Qualifications

• Technology background education required.
• Ability to travel and valid driver's license.
• Experience managing Audio Visual, Low Voltage, Technology Integration, Security, or Building Systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects effectively and efficiently from award through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment procurement, and material deliveries.
• Conduct project kickoff, progress, and client update meetings; maintain client communication.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents to ensure alignment.
• Manage budgets, change orders, cost tracking, and project profitability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CAD, Programming, Purchasing, Service, and Field Operations teams.
