Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon with 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour litigation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an active caseload of state and federal plaintiff's-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies, while mentoring junior attorneys.
• Develop case strategy and handle complex discovery.
• Take and defend depositions; draft and argue dispositive and class certification motions.
• Lead settlement negotiations and appear in court for hearings and trial.
