Job summary

KEW Legal, P.A. seeks a Senior Level Attorney with seven to ten years of experience to hit the ground running and manage a full caseload independently within our growing business and real estate practice in Florida.

You will advocate for clients in trials, mediations, and arbitrations, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to firm growth while attending a monthly networking event to expand professional connections and the firm’s presence.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the state and local bar associations
• Minimum of seven (7) years of legal experience, preferably in business and real estate matters
• Proven trial, mediation, and arbitration experience
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad caseload with minimal supervision, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, agreements, and discovery
• Advocate for clients in trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings
• Argue motions and appear in court on behalf of clients
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff
• Conduct client consultations and serve as a primary point of contact with clients
• Represent the firm at networking events, speaking engagements, and other opportunities as delegated by the Partners
