Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Ohio and 5+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or government litigation is preferred.
• Excellent communication, client service, and willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead paralegals and support staff on a legal team.
• Independently handle assigned cases across a diverse caseload.
• Chair client corporate meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
• Advise clients on status and next steps with timely communication.
• Draf t complaints, answers, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep.

Kaman & Cusimano, a law firm focused on representing condominium and homeowners associations, is seeking an attorney for our Wisconsin office. This position offers meaningful client contact and opportunities for long-term professional growth in community association law. This position regularly handles matters related to a wide variety of cases including enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, construction defects, and other real property issues. Attorney should enjoy significant client contact and public speaking. Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Ohio
• 5+ years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing governmental organizations in litigation based civil matters
• Prior work experience must demonstrate dedication and hard work
• Prior experience using Microsoft office suite, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Must be available during business hours, as well as some evenings and weekends for client meetings
• Manage a high-volume workload, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain professional, effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
