We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas seeks a senior-level commercial litigator to lead business and construction disputes with hands-on responsibility and mentoring for junior team members. Fully remote with a focus on high-stakes litigation.

The role centers on managing a docket of complex disputes, guiding strategy through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings and trial prep, while coordinating a small case team and maintaining 1500–1850 billable hours.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Approximately 7+ years of business and commercial litigation experience; candidates with 5+ years may be considered if they have meaningful trial experience.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex commercial disputes, including partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.
• Trial capability and comfort with substantive motion practice and depositions.
• Ability to manage matters with limited oversight and supervise junior attorneys and/or paralegals.
• Commitment to the Dallas, Texas market and a stable, long-term-oriented career trajectory.

A confidential Dallas-based boutique litigation practice is seeking a senior-level commercial litigator to step into a hands-on role handling sophisticated business disputes, with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to lead matters and mentor junior team members.

$135,000 to $200,000 base salary (depending on experience).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Billable hours: 1500 to 1850.
• Bonus structure: includes a 10% origination bonus, and the firm describes a model where attorneys may receive a discretionary bonus tied to performance and billings above the billable requirement (subject to firm performance).
