Qualifications

• Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and draft detailed documents with recommendations or conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to attorneys and other professionals on international trade issues.
• Lead and oversee complex research on authorities and precedents relevant to IP and trade matters.
• Review pleadings and position papers and direct the creation of briefs, issue papers, and policy summaries.
