Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Federal acquisition law (contract formation and administration)
• Strong analytical and writing abilities for legal research and risk analysis
• Experience advising senior officials and management on complex matters
• Bar licensure with good standing in a U.S. state, D.C., or territory

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services related to DLA Troop Support acquisition mission to the Commander
• Provide legal and policy advice in assigned areas (contracts, fiscal law, litigation, civilian personnel, ethics, ADR)
• Advise management to ensure actions comply with laws, regulations, and policies
• Develop and analyze facts and legal analyses for legal cases and issues
