Location: Fully Remote (Must be licensed in Texas or Oklahoma)

A well-established litigation firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with deep experience in insurance defense to join its growing remote team. This role offers full flexibility, a supportive environment, and competitive compensation for attorneys looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters
• Oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff
• Maintain a billable target of 160 hours per month

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Licensed to practice in Texas or Oklahoma (dual licensure preferred)
• Strong litigation, communication, and case management skills
• Base Salary: $160,000–$190,000+ (based on experience)
• Bonus: Billable hours bonus structure
• Benefits Include:
