Job summary

Titus Talent Strategies is partnering with a well-established Estate Planning and Elder Law firm in Washington State to identify a Senior Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will lead sophisticated estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients, mentor junior attorneys, and help shape firm strategy in a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

Licensure in Washington and 7+ years of practice are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years practicing law.
• 5+ years focused on Estate Planning and Trust Administration.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Experience with complex estate structures and taxable estates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients.
• Help establish and grow a probate, trust, and estate dispute litigation practice.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff development.
• Build and maintain strong client and referral partner relationships.
• Contribute to operational excellence and long-term firm growth.
• Advise clients on trust administration, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
• Path to future partnership/ownership as part of succession planning.

The Opportunity

• Lead sophisticated estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Help establish and grow a litigation practice area within the firm, particularly related to probate, trust, and estate disputes
• Opportunity for future partnership/ownership as part of the firm’s long-term succession planning.
• Advise clients on trust administration, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, and wealth preservation strategies
• Mentor junior attorneys and support team development
• Build and maintain strong client and referral partner relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years practicing law
• 5+ years focused on Estate Planning and Trust Administration
• Licensed in Washington State
• Strong drafting and client relationship management skills
• Experience with complex estate structures and taxable estates preferred

Additional experience in Probate Litigation, TEDRA matters, Elder Law, Business Law, or Real Estate Law is highly valued.
