Key Responsibilities

• Legal Writing: Draft and prepare complex pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and comprehensive research memorandums.
• Litigation Management: Actively handle depositions, represent clients in court appearances, and assist with trial preparation.
• Case Strategy: Provide strategic legal counsel on matters involving business law, contract disputes, real estate, and construction law.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Licensure: Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Proficiency or working knowledge in business litigation, real estate law, contract law, and construction litigation is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently on complex legal matters.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base Salary: $110,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for bonus under firm bonus plan
