ExecuSource has partnered with a well-established and growing immigration law firm to identify a dedicated and experienced Senior Immigration Attorney. This individual will take the lead on managing case production across the legal team, offering both strategic oversight and direct contribution to case preparation and litigation. The position offers a hybrid or fully remote structure, though the ideal candidate will reside in the DFW area to occasionally meet with clients onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven attorney with deep experience in immigration law—particularly in removal defense—to bring their expertise to a collaborative, high-impact legal team.

What You Get To Do

• Lead the legal production process for active immigration cases, ensuring all filings, deadlines, and quality benchmarks are met efficiently and accurately.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff by reviewing work, offering legal guidance, and fostering professional development.
• Draft and review a variety of legal filings including motions, applications, and briefs related to asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and other immigration matters.
• Represent clients at individual hearings and other court appearances nationwide (travel required).
• Conduct client consultations as needed to assess case status, explain legal pathways, and provide strategic updates.
• Collaborate with legal leadership to solve complex immigration issues and coordinate case strategy across departments.
• Stay current with immigration laws, policy changes, and agency procedures to ensure compliance and innovation in legal practices.
• Maintain accurate case records, timelines, and communication logs using legal case management software.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar (including Puerto Rico).
• 3+ years of experience practicing immigration law, with demonstrated strength in removal defense and individual hearing preparation.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong leadership and team mentorship experience within a legal setting.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and client needs.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
• Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
• Must reside in the DFW area and be able to visit any of the firm’s office locations as needed.
