Custodio & Dubey - CD Law is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney for its Personal Injury practice in a hybrid Los Angeles setting. The role covers case inception through conclusion, with involvement in all phases of litigation, including motions, discovery, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation, CA license in good standing, strong writing and research skills, and a proven attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Senior Associate Litigation Attorney looking to join a fast-growing, dynamic firm? CD Law is seeking a dedicated Senior Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury practice. As a rapidly expanding firm, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to make a significant impact in the community.

What does success look like as a Senior Associate Attorney?

As a Senior Associate Attorney in our Personal Injury practice, you will play a key role from case inception through conclusion. This includes:

• Involvement in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Preparing complex pleadings and drafting intricate motions and briefs.
• Managing correspondence with clients, experts, and opposing attorneys.
• Taking the lead on depositions, working closely with experts, and engaging directly with clients.
• Being proficient in all aspects of the discovery process.

What does an ideal candidate bring to the organization?

• A minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, specifically within Personal Injury.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of CA and in good standing (required)
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• A proven track record of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Litigation experience is required; trial experience is a plus.

Compensation and other pertinent information

The starting salary range for this position is $225,000+ with an uncapped bonus structure.
