Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty.
• Clean and active New York State medical license and hospital admitting privileges eligibility.
• Proficiency in SigmaCare or a similar EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide attending physician services for geriatric patients in a hospital/nursing home setting.
• Serve in a key clinical leadership role and contribute to program development.
• Maintain NY license and hospital privileges eligibility while delivering high-quality care.
