Job summary

Arcadis in Houston, TX, seeks a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the ATMS solution. You will coordinate across project teams, manage budgets, and engage clients on transportation projects.

The ideal candidate combines deep technology leadership with strong communication, delivering complex transportation programs through distributed teams, Jira workflows, and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 15 years delivering complex technology programs.
• Minimum 8 years leading technical and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing budgets, delivery commitments, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, software, networking, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams across the ATMS program with business analysts, PMs and technical specialists.
• Manage project execution, budgets, staffing and resource planning.
• Oversee delivery, upgrades, support, and recovery for the ATMS program.
• Provide leadership for risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Act as senior client liaison for transportation agencies and strategic customers.
• Coordinate across project management, software, infrastructure, networking, and operations.
• Drive operational excellence through workflows, reporting, and Jira usage.
• Support growth initiatives via solution innovation and strategic planning.
