Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Product Group Manager for ATM and ITM Strategy to shape the future of our self-service footprint.

You will define how the ATM channel integrates with our broader digital ecosystem, transform retail banking, and reduce operational costs across the organization. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of ATM products and services, partners with IT, Security, Legal and Finance, and manages vendor relationships to drive innovation while delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ATM product management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with ATM fleet management, cash logistics, or self-service banking tech.
• Knowledge of EMV, PCI compliance, and ATM security.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a product roadmap and vision for ATM offerings, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Monitor ATM uptime, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction; manage ATM P&L and vendor costs.
• Collaborate with IT, security, marketing and retail teams to enhance customer experience and drive innovation.
