Job summary
Parsons seeks an Atlassian SME to support a customer adopting Jira, Confluence, and Jira Assets within a TS/SCI environment. You will design and manage Jira projects, Confluence spaces, and assets schemas, delivering value across multiple teams.
The role requires strong Jira/Confluence expertise, Agile experience, and ability to train end-users. Eligible US citizens with polygraph clearance are required.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required.
- 20+ years in a technology related field.
- US Citizen with active TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance.
- Experience supporting multiple Jira/Confluence/Assets schemas for different teams.
- Experience supporting Agile Scrum teams and advanced Confluence design.
Responsibilities
- Design and administer Jira Software Scrum projects and Service Desk spaces.
- Design and implement Confluence spaces with advanced usability features.
- Design and administer Jira Assets schemas for varied use cases.
- Collaborate with customer teams to translate needs into Atlassian solutions.
- Provide informal training to end users for self-sufficiency.
- Create reference documentation in Confluence for Jira admins.
