The role requires deep sponsorship sales expertise, executive-level relationship management, and a strategic, data-driven approach to maximize value for Learfield and Vanderbilt athletics.

Formación

• 10+ years in sponsorship sales or related B2B revenue role.
• Proven track record leading teams and driving revenue through partnerships.
• Experience managing executive-level university and partner relationships.
• Marketing strategy across traditional, digital, and experiential channels.
• Budgets, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead through change and coach others.
• High integrity and professional judgment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with university Athletics Department and senior leadership.
• Lead execution of multimedia rights agreements and sponsorship strategy.
• Oversee local team and mentor staff.
• Drive revenue growth through high-value sponsorships.
• Manage regional and national sponsor portfolios and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns.
• Oversee financial planning: budgeting and forecasting.
• Represent Learfield at campus and community events.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Identify new revenue opportunities aligned with university priorities.
