Key responsibilities include overseeing sports programs, managing game operations, and implementing student-athlete initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic planning of the Athletics Department.
• Directly oversee seven varsity sports programs, including scheduling.
• Hire, mentor, supervise, and evaluate Head Coaches.
• Manage home game operations and staff.
• Administer departmental operating budgets.
• Reconcile gate receipts and financial transactions.
• Serve as liaison to the Fundraising and Advancement Office.
• Collaborate to prepare NCAA Membership Financial Report.
• Manage student-athlete assessments and registrations.
• Direct the Saint Michael’s Summer Camp Program.
• Coordinate processes for game officials.
• Lead student-athlete engagement initiatives.
• Promote inclusion, belonging, and Title IX compliance.
• Serve on departmental and NCAA committees.
• Support planning and execution of departmental activities.
