Saint Peter’s University seeks an Associate Director of Athletics for Sports Performance to lead sports medicine and strength and conditioning for a 16-sport Division I program, reporting to the Director of Athletics.

The role includes overseeing the training room, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and coordination with the Chief Medical Officer, while ensuring compliance with MAAC/NCAA rules and integrating Jesuit values into the department.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate sports medicine and strength & conditioning for 16 Division I programs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain training room operations and SOPs.
• Oversee contracts with health care providers and coordinate with Chief Medical Officer.
