Job summary

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are seeking an individual for turf maintenance and grounds upkeep in Tampa, Florida. Candidates will be responsible for tasks such as mowing, painting fields, and managing irrigation systems.

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in turfgrass management and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. A degree in Turfgrass Management is preferred and obtaining a Florida Pesticide Applicator License is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in turfgrass or athletic field maintenance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Florida Pesticide Applicator License.
• Experience in athletic field maintenance, preferably at collegiate or professional level.

Responsibilities

• Perform turf maintenance operations such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal.
• Assist in preparation and recovery of fields for team use and events.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems.
