Job summary

Crown Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Air Traffic Control Radar System Installation & Activation Manager to lead radar installation projects across the U.S. This role requires up to 30% travel and supports a remote work environment.

The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and manage project performance. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in radar signal processing, microprocessors, and antenna performance.
• Experience installing digital Primary Airport Surveillance Radar systems.
• Knowledge of radar installation processes and troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of radar installation projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams including installers and engineering technicians.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
