Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; or 12 years if no degree.
• Proven self-starter traits.
• Ability to implement conflict resolution and deconfliction steps.
• Capability to operate independently under agile conditions.
• Ability to assess large amounts of data and produce detailed technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide radar system integration, operations, and lifecycle sustainment expertise.
• Support FAA surveillance programs with performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with FAA stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Submit concise technical and status reports throughout project phases.
