Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Assurance Experienced Senior, Third Party Attestation to prepare SOC 1/2/3, SOC for Cybersecurity, HITRUST, ISO, and related attestation reports. The role emphasizes testing controls, documenting results, and communicating findings to client management and audit committees.

You will contribute to planning, fieldwork, and engagement budgeting while coaching junior staff and ensuring compliance with BDO methodologies and professional standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, Business Admin, Finance or Economics required.
• Masters degree in Accounting and minor or dual major in Information Systems preferred.
• CPA/CISA/CISSP or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute attestation examinations including understanding the control environment and designing test plans.
• Evaluate deficiencies and assess overall financial reporting control environment.
• Prepare communications to the Client and Audit Committee as needed.
• Identify, analyze, and discuss alternative principles with managers and clients.
