Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5 years post-bachelor’s experience, or 4 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience in asset management, insurance, banking, or real estate clients.
• 2 years supervising planning, execution and reporting on audits.
• 1 year using audit documentation software.
• Active US CPA certificate or eligible to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform audits in accordance with US GAAS and PCAOB rules.
• Identify accounting issues and provide clear insights to clients.
• Supervise and motivate audit teams with diverse skills.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and pursue business development.
• Deliver quality services and manage engagement progress.
