Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in accounting.

• CPA certification.
• Technical proficiency and engagement supervision skills.
• Membership in AICPA and NCACPA.
• Proficiency with computers, accounting, and assurance software.
• Completion of CPE requirements for management and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and client service skills.
• Initiative, creativity, and imagination.
• Valid driver's license and good Motor Vehicle Record.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Fine hand manipulation for keyboarding (5-6 hours/day).
• Driving.
