Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required; CPA preferred.
• 2–4 years of public accounting experience in assurance/audit.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, FASB, OCBOA and industry-specific rules.
• Strong technical, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead projects and meet deadlines while delivering exceptional client service.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work in a digital-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the work: Lead audits from planning to wrap-up across industries.
• Be the go-to: Serve as a key client and internal team contact with timely communication.
• Bring the insights: Analyze financial statements and controls; present recommendations.
