Responsibilities

• Americas管理チームの指導の下、監査・コンプライアンスの広範な取り組みを実行する。
• 監査プロジェクトを主導する監査責任者として機能する。
• 計画・現地調査・報告の各段階を実施し、担当スタッフの作業を監督する。
• 内部統制の適正性、企業基準・ポリシー、規制要件の適合を徹底的に検証する。
• データ分析を活用し、IT監査・SOXコンプライアンス・グローバルチームと連携する。
• 作業証拠を整理・要約し、結論と推奨事項を明確に提示する。

The Senior Associate is a key part of the Global Assurance & Advisory Services team to ensure we maintain a leading-practice program and continue to embed sustainable processes and controls within the Company’s culture.
