Responsibilities

• Analyze current tier performance on a floor set, monthly and seasonal
• Create and maintain tier targets in sales dollars, units and margin
• Develop a financial view of assortment productivity by tier
• Collaborate with space planning on productivity benchmarks
• Align financial recommendations with visual merchandising
• Coordinate with planning to reflect tier financials in assortments
• Develop and maintain benchmarks of style/choice productivity
• Assess store tier data and provide storefront-specific recommendations
• Review fixture and cabinet productivity to meet capacity needs
• Evaluate fashion vs basic productivity and advise on refresh rates
• Assess store and sub-brand productivity to assign optimal assortment groups
