Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Associate in King of Prussia, PA to handle complex litigation from inception through resolution. The role requires independent work, strong client service, and courtroom experience, with a 1,950-hour annual billable target.

You will defend clients in general liability and commercial litigation, perform research, draft major briefs, and manage discovery, pleadings, and expert retention while traveling for trials as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Civil Litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense.
• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admitted to practice in this state; other states a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and work in a team.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client skills and telephone manner.
• Experience in negotiations and mediations.
• Solid research abilities and communication skills.
• Courtroom experience and a desire to grow as a trial attorney.

Responsibilities
