Job summary

University of Louisville seeks an Associate Vice President for Integrated Engagement to lead an integrated engagement function that deepens connections with donors, alumni, and constituents. Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement, this senior leader will strategize and align all engagement with the fundraising cycle to maximize donor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ten years of experience in philanthropy, donor relations, engagement, stewardship, or related areas preferred.
• Experience in higher education fundraising and audience management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate personnel and programs for integrated engagement.
• Manage the Board of Advisors, the President's Council, and the Alumni Board of Directors.
• Align alumni, donor, and prospect experiences with the fundraising cycle to maximize donor satisfaction.
• Oversee philanthropy communications, events, donor stewardship, and constituent engagement.
