the client is seeking an Associate Vice President for Integrated Engagement to create, manage, and sustain a contemporary engagement function that strengthens connections with donors, prospective donors, alumni, and other constituents. This senior, people-centered leader will serve as a chief strategist for alumni and constituent engagement, donor satisfaction, and the delivery of meaningful donor experiences that support fundraising outcomes. The role includes aligning alumni, donor, and prospect engagement elements with the fundraising cycle to maximize satisfaction and ensure a coordinated approach across the engagement journey.

the client will support strong collaboration and alignment with campus philanthropic partners and internal units, ensuring integrated engagement practices are effectively coordinated across constituent touchpoints. The associate vice president will work closely with colleagues to consult, collaborate, and align engagement priorities in pursuit of deeper relationships and improved donor experiences. As the role partners with stakeholders across the university ecosystem, it is expected to help build capacity, strengthen the organization’s ability to add value, and position integrated engagement to support future fundraising goals.

Candidates should bring experience at a senior level in engagement, stewardship, and donor relationship management, with the leadership capability to develop strategies, guide teams, and drive results.
