ReSource Pro is seeking an mid-level Senior Underwriting Associate to support external clients’ policy processing functions. The candidate will report to the Underwriting Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day processing of Workers Compensation policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements, and final audit transactions. This is an entry-level position with no experience in insurance or Workers' Compensation necessary.

After 3 Months You Will

  • Respond promptly to client needs and requests over email.
  • Complete data entry and processing of Workers' Compensation underwriting workflows.
  • Exercise problem solving skills to resolve or escalate issues or concerns as they arise.
  • Cross train with MIS team members to ensure effective backup support.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills; friendly, professional demeanor with business acumen.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle and support multiple priorities.

  • This role is based at the ReSource Pro MIS office in Maitland, FL with the possibility for hybrid work arrangements after training period.

Your Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a hybrid position out of our office in Maitland, FL. The salary range for this location and role is $13.00 - $22 per hour. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
