ReSource Pro is seeking a mid-level Senior Underwriting Associate to support external clients’ policy processing functions. The candidate will report to the Underwriting Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of Workers' Compensation policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and final audit transactions. This is an entry-level position with no prior insurance or Workers' Compensation experience necessary.

After 3 months, you will:

• Respond promptly to client needs and requests via email.
• Complete data entry and process workflows for Workers' Compensation underwriting.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve or escalate issues as they arise.
• Cross-train with MIS team members to ensure effective backup support.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills; friendly, professional demeanor with business acumen.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support multiple priorities simultaneously.

Your Compensation:

Our salary ranges are competitive within our industry and include annual bonus potential, benefits, and other opportunities. The salary range for this role in Maitland, FL, is $13.00 - $22 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity.
