I am currently working with an established Boston law firm who are looking to add a Senior Trusts & Estates Associate to their sophisticated private client practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trusts and estates attorney looking to work on sophisticated estate planning matters, advise companies and ownership groups, and develop their practice within a collaborative environment with a clear path toward partnership.

The Role

• Handle Sophisticated Estate Planning: Advise clients on complex trusts and estates matters, including estate planning, wealth transfer, and related planning strategies.
• Advise Business Owners: Represent companies and ownership groups on trusts and estates matters affecting ownership, succession, and long-term planning.
• Lead Succession Planning: Assist clients with sophisticated succession planning strategies and the transfer of wealth and business interests.
• Manage Trusts & Estates Matters: Handle a range of trusts, probate, estate administration, and estate tax planning matters.
• Develop Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and have the opportunity to develop a meaningful book of business over time.
