The ideal candidate has an established client base or portable book, strong reputation in the Boston private client market, and capabilities to build long-term client relationships while delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in trusts and estates/private client work.
• Strong technical background and excellent client skills.
• Established reputation in the Boston Private Client market.

Responsibilities

• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters.
• Advising clients on trusts, estates and wealth transfer strategies.
• Advising on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax matters.
• Preparing and drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents.
• Advising on business succession and wealth preservation.
• Advising on lifetime gifting and charitable planning.
• Handling complex estate and trust administration matters.
• Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Continuing to develop and grow an established client practice.
