Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced finance due diligence professional to support private equity and investment clients in Denver, CO. The role focuses on financial due diligence engagements, P&L and balance sheet analysis, and producing final client reports.

The successful candidate will contribute to quality of earnings analyses, manage data rooms, and communicate findings to engagement leads, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2-4 years of direct work experience.
• Big 4 or Public accounting or transaction advisory experience required.
• Masters preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
