Qualifications

• Seven to eight years of relevant experience in private offerings, venture capital and transactions for emerging companies.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Admission to the Texas Bar is required for an Austin-based candidate.
• JD required; ideally from a top law school; consideration for high honors from a broader list.

Responsibilities

• Advise emerging and high-growth companies on private offerings and venture financings.
• Support and lead transactions for companies and investors across growth stages.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and coordinate deal execution.
• Manage key client and transaction workstreams with senior-level judgment.
• Collaborate with lawyers across complementary practices and offices.
• Contribute to client relationships and the development of junior team members.
