The Role

The successful attorney will support and lead key components of Technology Companies Group Senior Associate matters, including:

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a candidate with:

• Seven to eight years of relevant experience.
• Major-law-firm experience focused on private offerings, venture capital and transactions for emerging companies.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Admission to the Texas Bar is required for an Austin-based candidate.
• JD required; ideally attained from a T25 law school. Candidates from a T50 law school will also be considered where they achieved honors.

Preferred / advantageous: A demonstrated interest in high-growth emerging technology businesses is particularly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary is $420,000–$435,000, with placement based on job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, education, expertise and geography. Comprehensive benefits and bonuses.
