Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or management reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close support in a matrixed organization.
• Experience performing variance analysis and translating drivers into clear, concise financial commentary.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, large data sets).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with experience creating executive-ready materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, including explanations of results and variances tied to drivers.
• Coordinate month-end activities to support actuals, outlooks, and planning outputs.
• Partner with technology finance and business management to provide insights on risks, opportunities, run-rate trends, and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and supporting analysis for senior stakeholders, including ad hoc requests.
• Support enterprise deliverables and leadership materials (e.g., Investor Day, quarterly reviews, senior leader presentations).
• Perform variance analysis and present concise commentary explaining changes versus prior outlooks.
• Serve as a point of contact for technology outlook, forecasting, and annual planning process coordination.
• Manage monthly corporate deliverables by collaborating with planning and analysis teams and allocations partners.
• Consolidate and review taxonomy reporting to ensure consistency across sources and alignment to messaging.
• Monitor allocation processes and retained positions, and recommend improvements for transparency and explainability.
• Lead process improvements and controls, including automation or modeling to improve timeliness and accuracy.
