  • Assist with the negotiation of tax credit recapture insurance policies, including ensuring compliance with existing requirements
  • In cooperation with the firm’s Investment and Asset Management teams, assemble and maintain key project diligence from initial closing and subsequent tax equity fundings in purchaser-facing data rooms
  • In cooperation with the firm’s Asset Management Team, monitor project milestones and communicate updates regarding construction, placement in service timing, funding timing and open compliance items to purchasers
  • Coordinate with project sponsors, investors, purchasers and external counsel to fulfill diligence requests, facilitate efficient tax credit transfer executions, and facilitate purchaser fundings
  • Manage and maintain strong working relationships with project sponsors, investors, purchasers and third-party service providers
  • Prepare clear, high-quality reporting for senior management and investors
Candidate Qualifications & Core Attributes
  • 2-4+ years of experience in renewable energy tax credit transactions; experience in Section 6418 tax credit transfer transactions preferred
