Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Sr. Associate in Customer & Operations within our Consulting practice. The role focuses on executing process and strategy improvements across supply chain initiatives and contributing as a key team member on client engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of management consulting in operational advisory services, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required up to 80-100% for client work, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in management consulting delivering operational advisory services in supply chain, cost reduction, or restructuring.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, operations analysis or related field.
• Ability to assess and improve information, physical and financial flows across client supply chains; knowledge of supply chain strategy and operating models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Help execute process, technology-enabled process and strategy improvements on supply chain strategy and operational improvement projects.
• Serve as a resource and key team member on client projects.
• Support progress against project milestones to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary.
• Provide input into engagement decisions regarding work plan, timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members.
