• Supporting client engagements by gathering information, organizing work products, and tracking task progress.
• Participating in operations and supply chain projects by helping document processes, issues, and improvement ideas.
• Conducting research on business operations, market trends, and process performance to inform team deliverables.
• Assisting in data collection and analysis using digital tools, spreadsheets, and AI-enabled applications.
