Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ PQE in structured finance or structured products.
• Experience advising investment banks, asset managers or other financial market participants.
• Strong technical and transaction management skills with ownership of matters.

Responsibilities

• Work on domestic and cross-border structured products matters for leading financial institutions.
• Advise on transaction structuring, execution and regulatory considerations.
• Lead significant workstreams and manage day-to-day client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers.
