We are seeking a talented Associate (2+ PQE) to join our Structured Finance & Derivatives practice in London or Bristol. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border structured products matters, advising leading financial institutions, asset managers and other market participants on transaction structuring, execution and related regulatory considerations. The role offers exposure to complex and innovative transactions across a wide variety of asset classes, including structured debt products, exchange traded products, repackagings, structured credit transactions and strategic equity solutions.
