Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic planning roles, preferably in high‑growth or consumer‑facing industries.
• Experience building and managing financial planning processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve strategic finance rhythm: annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, long‑range models.
• Partner with leaders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and costs.
• Improve forecasting accuracy with strong models and processes.
• Develop financial frameworks linking investments to strategic priorities.
• Create executive reports and materials for board/investors.
• Build dashboards, planning tools, and systems for real-time decision making.
• Address cross‑functional planning challenges bridging strategy and execution.
• Support ad hoc analyses for new initiatives or shifts in operating strategy.
